ABSTRACT Hydradenitis Suppurativa (HS) is a chronic infectious and fibrous dermatosis affecting apocrine sweat glands, characterized by repeated painful, deep-seated nodules and abscesses. The axilla, groin, perianal, and perineal regions are prevalent locations. The onset often occurs post-puberty, between the ages of 20 and 40. The clinical characteristics of HS can be juxtaposed with Naadivrana as described in classical texts.
