A Class of Heterogeneous Services

ABSTRACT
In any queueing system, services may either homogeneous or heterogeneous according to the needs of customers. In this paper, consider some queueing systems in which different kinds of services are provided by single server as well as multiple servers. The services are performed in single and multiple counters. The basic equations and the queueing characteristics are analysed. A comparative analysis is studied through numerical results.
