A Review on Analytical Method Development of Anti Histamine Drugs

ABSTRACT In this review article determines the various analytical method for quantitative establishment of selected antihistaminic drugs by using HPLC, HPLC-UV, HPLC-MS, solid phase extraction methods. In pharmaceutical analytical method development for any drug required a valid analytical procedure for qualitative and quantitative analysis. The review article discussed here is based on quantitative analysis of drugs (Antihistaminic) in pharmaceutical dosage forms (liquids, solid oral) as well as in human plasma and rabbit plasma.
