ABSTRACT: The friction stir welding is a solid state joining process. The friction stir welding use non-consumable tool for join two facing workpiece by fusion welding process. The friction heat produce between the tool and workpiece material, which shofting the material without melting and joint are formed. The friction stir welding technology used for join of similar or dissimilar material. Recent developments in joining dissimilar metals of aluminium and its alloys to other metals such as copper, magnesium, steel and titanium.
