ABSTRACT
FMCG products are our daily need everyone starts their morning from FMCG products. India has the biggest market for FMCG product because of large scale consumption for FMCG products. Therefore, many MNC and domestic companies are existing in particular sector. Due this, it is touching with our economy as well globally economy now; it has become backbone of GDP. Presently many MNC are working in FMCG sector like HUL, P&G, Johns & Johns for washing soap particular segment. They are providing choice of selection for a brand according to need. My study is focusing toward s post purchase behaviour of the consumer for HUL Wheel washing soap. It is very important to understand post purchase behaviour of the consumers. By these, the FMCG companies can understand the consumer satisfaction level and create the demand for future products and identify the future purchase pattern of the consumers. For this study data collected from 50 consumers through the questionnaire in Indore for particular HUL wheel soap brand.
