A study of stress in the caregivers of corona patients

ABSTRACT

The main objective of present study was to study the stress in the caregivers of corona patients. For the purpose of fulfilling the objective 80 caregivers of corona patients were selected from 20 villages of Meerut district. The singh personal stress source inventory constructed by Arun K. Singh, Ashish Kumar Singh, Arpana was used as measuring tool in this study to measure the level of stress of respondents. Mean, S. D and t- score are utilized in the analysis of data. The mean score of the caregivers of male corona patients (72.79) is greater than the mean score of the caregivers of female corona patients (67.71). On the basis of the results of present study it could be concluded that the caregivers of male corona patients have high level of stress in comparison of the caregivers of Female corona patients
