A Study on Consumer Preferences towards Cadbury Product

ABSTRACT

Studying on how consumers feel is an ongoing Endeavor. The pursuit of customer intelligence has never been ending because it enables the marketer to fine-tune his approach. Studying consumer behavior's end goal is a thorough comprehension of such behaviors. Cadbury chocolate was used in this research to illustrate the influence of CB on FMCG. The research combines original and secondary sources. The questionnaire answers were gathered by a survey with a sample size of one hundred people from Greater Noida and Noida. Our primary focus is on investigating how people feel about chocolate in general and Cadbury Brand in particular. What makes Cadbury chocolate so popular, and why. We have shed some insight on customer purchasing patterns as well. The research sheds light on the question, "Why do people purchase Cadbury chocolate?" His dedication to and familiarity with the product. This research provides a comprehensive analysis of how customers feel about a certain Cadbury product.
