ABSTRACT
Around the world, organization have helplessly watched their respondents walking out searching for better career opportunities the relations behind are respondents job satisfaction. A respondent’s job satisfaction has always been important issues for organization. Respondents are viewed as the greatest strengths and resources of an organization. It is very vital that the workers of an organization derive good amount of job satisfaction which could result in producing superior quality performance in optimal time and lead to growing profits. Satisfied respondents are also more likely to be creative and innovative and come up with breakthrough that allows an organization to grow and change positively with time and chasing market conditions.
Job satisfaction describe how content an individual is with his or her job. There are a variety of factors that can influence a person’s level of job satisfaction.
Job satisfaction is a very important attribute which is frequently measured by organizations. The most common way of measurement is the use of rating scales where respondents report their reactions to their job’s. Questions related to pay, work responsibilities, variety of tasks, promotional opportunities the work itself and co-workers.
