A Study on Factor Analysis of Investors Preference and Satisfaction of Selected Investments

ABSTRACT The term ‘Investment’ refers to exchange of money-wealth into some tangible-wealth. By investing, an investor commits the present funds to one or more assets held for some time in expectation of some future returns in terms of interest or capital gain. This research paper is to analyses the study on investor’s preference and satisfaction of various types of investments. In generally, all investment is high associated with high, low risk and uncertainties are integral part of an investment decision. Risk is the difference between the expected returns and actual returns. Majority of the investor have some savings. The ultimate aim of savings is to protect investors from unexpected contingencies and provide security for their future. In order to multiply their savings, investors re-invest their savings in some income-yielding sources. This mission of savings-multiplication makes investor to take investment decisions with reference to preferential and right investments.
