A Study on the Relationship between Career Change an d Family Environment of Media Professionals

ABSTRACT Adaptation is a universal human life process. The modern man's path to happiness is not an easy one and, at best, he is faced with a seemingly endless number of personal and social problems. War disrupts life. Every software company wants to compete in the global business world. Therefore, companies are forcing their employees to use new technologies more while spending and investing less. This may lead to dissatisfaction of employees with their jobs. There is an urgent need to address various issues related to job satisfaction of employees in IT sector which contributes significantly to India’s GDP. The research design starts with the collection of data from IT and in the second stage the data collected is analyzed using standard statistical tools and methods. Analytical tools and methods used in the study: Mean, S.D and Two Way ANOVA. Duration: Duration is 3 years i.e. 2011-2013
