ABSTRACT

Agriculture sector constitutes about 17% of the GVA, It directly or indirectly employ about 50% of the total Population of the country, It provide food security, supply raw material to the industries and several other role. To ensure that agriculture continue to remain productive and remain remunerative agripreneurship is considered as an important segment to make agriculture attractive. To promote agripreneurship the government of India and several state governments have undertaken steps to ensure steady adoption of agripreneurship, It is considered as future of agricultural development.
