Author Name : Dr. Ranjit Narang, Dr. Nagesh Gandagi, Dr. Yogesh Deole, Dr. Sarita Bhutada
ABSTRACT Ayurvedic medicine, an ancient holistic system originating from India, offers various preventive and therapeutic interventions. Suvarnaprashan, a unique Ayurvedic immunization therapy, involves administering gold nanoparticles mixed with honey and herbs to infants and children. Despite its widespread use and anecdotal evidence supporting its efficacy, the scientific basis of Suvarnaprashan remains unclear. This paper aims to review the existing scientific evidence and clinical studies to evaluate the safety and efficacy of Suvarnaprashan.
