Bamboo – Fortified Concrete
Author Name : Durgadas Vasantrao Rathod, Dr. M. R .Vadiya
ABSTRACT
In this research paper we will be introduce that how bamboo can be fortified or can get damage while concreting. In the beams or columns. This research paper explores the enhancement of concrete properties through the integration of Bamboo fibres. The study investigate the mechanical strength, durability and sustainable aspects of Bamboo-fortified concrete. Results demonstrate promising improvements in structural performance and environmental sustainability, highlighting the potential of bamboo as a viable reinforcement in the construction theory. This research delves into the innovative realm of bamboo-fortified concrete, examining the synergistic effects of bamboo fibers as a reinforcement material.
The study encompasses a comprehensive analysis of mechanical properties, including compressive strength, flexural strength, and tensile strength, to evaluate the structural integrity of bamboo-reinforced concrete. Additionally, durability assessments explore the resistance of the bamboo-fortified concrete to environmental factors such as moisture, corrosion, and temperature variations. The research also considers the ecological sustainability of this approach, emphasizing the renewable and eco-friendly nature of bamboo as a reinforcing element. Through an intricate blend of laboratory experiments and analytical modeling, the findings provide valuable insights into the feasibility and performance of bamboo-fortified concrete in construction applications. This research contributes to the evolving landscape of sustainable construction materials, offering a potential avenue for enhancing both structural resilience and environmental conscientiousness in the built environment.
