ABSTRACT “BlackArrow” is a website designed primarily for registering the „First Information Report‟ for any incident that has happened or it can also be used as an awareness guide so that the public can take the precautionary measure and the number of crimes can be reduced to minimum and it will ease the public life. The main purpose of developing the “BlackArrow” is the welfare and safety of the public. So in this system we will reconstruct the bridge between the two - public and government officials respectively. Sometimes, it been seen that the public is very much tense about going to the police station and registering the complaint so it‟s an online website by the use of which you can have your complaint registered very easily from the comfort of your home. Therefore, we have proposed an online FIR booking system which can help public to register their complaint without any hesitation and in return it will also help Police to take necessary action quickly. It is easily accessible to anyone and can be used freely without complexion. It can lead to error free, secure, reliable and fast management system. It can assist the Police to concentrate on their other activities rather to concentrate on the record keeping. The aim is to automate its existing manual system by the help of computerized equipment and full-fledged computer software, fulfilling their requirements, so that their valuable data/information can be stored for a longer period with easy accessing and manipulation of the same. Basically, the project describes how to manage for good performance and better services for public.
