Cause and Factors influence on Juvenile in Conflict with Law: Suitable Legal safeguards and Preventive measures

ABSTRACT
Juvenile in Conflict with Law refers to Children who are commonly involve in deviant activities such as theft, robbery, assault, and also heinous offenses like murder, rape and etc. These types of deviant activities among the children are ever increasing in our dynamic society. Children are mostly target by the perpetrator who induces them to involve deviant activities. The existing legislations especially the Juvenile Justice Act and other UN mechanisms deal with those children who already committed the offenses. The aim of this paper finds out the cause and factors behind children involving such types of activities. Moreover, this is an attempt to bring out the significance of legal provision for reformation and rehabilitation to the juvenile detained in institutional care and also emphasized that appropriate precautionary measures to children who do not involve in anti-social activities in the future. This paper would be adopted as a descriptive research method along with appropriate statistics and secondary sources that will be relevant to this paper. Hence, this paper made an attempt to conclude that strengthening the appropriate preventive mechanisms should be implemented.
