ABSTRACT

In terms of financial and technical dimensions business firms are attracted to cloud-based services as cloud providers market their services as being superior to in-house data centers. In fact, cloud services  more cost effective, more reliable, and highly scalable. The cloud can solve many problems like scalability of the business, flexibility of the business, cost and performance that may come across while running an enterprise.  In fact, by digital transformation, fixed costs may get reduced, a more flexible allocation of resources is possible, faster development of the enterprise is resulted, worldwide reach is through the cloud highly appreciable, a safer change control process, and faster time-to-market with objectively better products.

Before an organization begins a migration to cloud, it must have a workable end-to-end policy for large-scale transformation. For a feasible strategy, it must be simple, direct, and must be effective. In this paper it is discussed the benefits of cloud migration and why the organizations need to be migrated to the digital one.
