Criminal Behaviour Analysis of the Serial Killer: Ted Bundy

ABSTRACT

In this paper, the life events of the most notorious killer, Ted Bundy shall be viewed and examined in great detail. Mostly monsters are cruel, scary, frightening creatures, and Theodore Robert Bundy, the American psychopath, fits this description quite perfectly. In the 1970s the term “Serial killer” was new. He kidnapped, raped, and murdered young women. Ted was a diabolical genius, deceptive, and manipulative former social worker and a political campaign activist who wanted to either be a successful attorney or a politician. He was pretty handsome, charming, and normal like a friendly guy next door. I have organized my paper into five main sections without any sub-sections.In the first section, I provide an account of Robert’s traumatic and uneventful childhood. In the second section, I discuss how Ted’s education may have facilitated his career as a serial killer. In the third section, I examine how the mastermind escaped several times. Later in the next section, I throw light on Bundy’s dark side particularly his behavior and how his mind worked. I end with the fifth section which offers the things he taught the police, the FBI, and the Law Enforcement.
