Customer Awareness and Satisfaction towards Online Shopping In Thiruvallur District

ABSTRACT

Nowadays, online shopping is a fast-growing sensation. Increasing numbers of consumers shop online to buy goods and services, assume product data, or even browse for happiness.  The consumers are getting more awareness about the Online shopping environment are therefore playing an increasing role in the overall relationship between markets and their consumers. That is, consumer purchases are mainly based on cyberspace shows such as trademarks, models, attribute information, and video clips of the product, not on the practice. As the internet has now become a truly global sensation, the number of internet users globally in January 2018 according to the survey is 3.7 billion the growing and distinct internet populations means the people having diverse tastes and purposes are now going to the web for information and to buy products and services.
