ABSTRACT Customer Relationship Management (CRM) is a process by which acquiring and retaining profitable customers with an organization is directed towards improving business relationship with customers. With the analysis of customer’s data in the CRM database helps to create a new approach to lead the business strategies. AnalyticalCRM helps to analyse customer data and interactions through various data mining techniques. With the hype of CRM, it has gained the main interest of researchers and practitioners. This research paper is giving views to analyse transactional databases to enhance CRM techniques using data mining.
