Development of an IOT-Based Audio Information System for Enhanced User Experience in Public Spaces

ABSTRACT This paper presents an IoT-based audio information system designed to enhance user experience in public spaces like museums and laboratories. The wall-mounted device utilizes a text-to-speech (TTS) engine to convert written information into audio, allowing users to access relevant details with a simple button press. Featuring wireless connectivity and a centralized database, the system supports multiple languages and provides localized content. User testing indicates improved accessibility and engagement, reliance on printed materials. The findings highlight the system's potential to enrich visitor experiences. Future work will explore AI-driven personalization and contextaware features.
