Author Name : Dr. Ginnia Bhayana, Dr. Ferah Rehman, Dr. Vinod Khanna, Dr. Taruna Arora, Dr. Sonia

ABSTRACT:    Tendency to gnash and grind the teeth in association with anger or aggression is recognized since biblical times and has been a topic of study both for humans and animals. Gnashing of teeth has historically been linked to tense and unhappy circumstances. Untreated bruxism can lead to health problems, damage to the teeth and gums, and even temporomandibular joint disorder (TMD). Although various treatment modalities are present, the successful management of bruxism lies in the precise diagnosis and isolation of the etiology.
