Effectiveness of Grievance Handling Mechanism in Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams

ABSTRACT
A fair and objective Grievance Procedure provides employees with a systematic and legitimate avenue to raise their grievances and also it creates a safe working environment where employees can seek redress in a specified manner. It can also help to uncover any unacceptable or unlawful practices within the organization. TTD was established in 1932 as a result of the TTD Act of 1932. TTD adopts the various provisions of the legislature, codes, manuals and orders etc., of the Government of Andhra Pradesh for its administration. The present study focuses on grievance handling mechanism in TTD and satisfaction of employees on grievance handling as a means of improving employer and employee relations.
