Face Recognition Technique

ABSTRACT In real-time applications, abstract face recognition has become a rapidly growing, challenging, and interesting field. Many facial recognition algorithms have been developed in recent decades. This document attempts to review the various methods used for facial recognition in an integrated manner. These include PCA, LDA, ICA, SVM, Gabor wavelet software calculation tool (used for recognition) as ANN, and various hybrid combinations of these technologies. This review examines all these methods using parameters that challenge facial recognition (such as lighting, posture changes, and facial expressions).
