Features of the Implementation of Additional Education Programs in Children's Summer Camps
Author Name : Erlan Usubakunov
ABSTRACT The article examines the features of existing additional education programs, as well as their implementation in children's summer camps, as a way to create unique conditions for the integrated development of children, allowing them to combine learning, creativity, and physical activity in a saturated educational environment. The purpose of such programs is to expand the boundaries of traditional learning and promote personal growth through a variety of activities, including intellectual and artistic activities, sports training, and social interaction. Methodologically, the implementation of such programs covers a wide range of educational approaches: from master classes and project activities to role-playing games and thematic shifts, which allows you to cover various interests of children and adapt to their characteristics. The results of the study show that participation in such programs contributes to the formation of critical thinking skills, creativity, communication, and leadership abilities in children, as well as helps to develop self-confidence and motivates self-determination. The findings confirm that additional education in summer camps has a positive impact on the personal and social development of children, providing them with the opportunity to acquire practical skills important for future academic and professional activities, as well as broaden their horizons and adapt to modern challenges.
