ABSTRACT Vincristine is a complex molecule extracted from the leaves of the rosy periwinkle plant Catharanthus roseus (Vinca rosea), whose potent cytotoxicity was discovered in 1958 in the course of efforts to identify the components responsible for the antidiabetic properties attributed to these leaves in the folklore medicine. Microemulsions are stable transparent dispersions of water and oil (mixture of various hydrocarbons and olefins) and surfactant. Micro emulsion have many advantages than compared to disadvantages and vincristine is a very powerful drug which has many activities like anti-cancer, anti- allergic, etc therefore turning such a powerful drug into the micro emulsion using N.sativa oil which has anti- Cancer property and surfactant like tween 80, tween 20 and water by phase titration method physical parameters like density, stability, clarity, viscosity, and electrical conductivity then performed various evaluations like SEM, FTIR, assay, etc and result of the formulation is observed as micro sized as well as received absolute proper results in all the evaluations. Invitro evaluation was performed for all the formulations and in which drug content reflects more was also performed with ex-vivo studies. Compared to all the routes of administration oral administration is the best route of administration. So, turning vincristine into micro emulsion increases the possibilities for use, advantages, bioavailability and also decreases the disadvantages.
