moringaoleifera is also known drumstick. Moringaoleiferafamily Moringaceae, family Moringaceae,it is a fast growing tree due to the presence of high amount of calcium and iron help to develop strong and healthy bones and increases overall stamina and health
Drumsticks contains chemical like galactose, dextrose, xylose and sodium, potassium,magnessium, calcium.leaves of moringaoleifera leaf contains flavanoids, carotenoids and vitamin C.
Due to the presence of flavonoids and vitamins C Drumsticks show antioxidant property. Leaves of moringaoleifera contains 7 time more vitamin C than Orange and 15 time more potassium than banana. Antioxidant property of drumsticks property helps to protect cell from damage and boost immunity.
