ABSTRACT Deep-sea fishing presents unique challenges in terms of monitoring and ensuring the safety of fishermen due to remote locations, unpredictable weather, and limited communication infrastructure. In this context, the development of a suitable technology to track deep-sea fishermen's locations becomes essential for effective monitoring and enhancing safety measures in maritime activities. This abstract outlines a proposed solution focusing on GPS tracking devices, satellite communication, automated emergency response, long-lasting power sources, user-friendly interfaces, cloud-based monitoring platforms, and community engagement and training. By addressing these components, the proposed technology aims to provide accurate real-time tracking, enable timely response to emergencies, and foster a culture of safety within the fishing community. Through the implementation of this technology, it is anticipated that safety measures in deep-sea fishing operations can be significantly enhanced, ultimatelycontributing to improved overall managementof maritime activities
