Is Wearing of Mask Healthy During this Covid-19?

ABSTRACT The govt and policy makers have listed a new guideline to wear mask to stop the transmission of virus. Here we will discuss the relevant research about the wearing of mask is healthy or not. Also, we will discuss the characteristics of COVID-19. The primary route of virus is through respiratory droplets, and is known to be transmissible from presymptomatic and asymptomatic individuals. The virus can be control by using social distance and other measures and wearing the mask which will reduce the transmissionibility per contact. As the permanent solution is Vaccine, but before it come, we have to control it by implementing these things. Wearing of mask in public is very effective at reducing spread of virus. Govt is focusing on the manufacturing of mask especially N-95 mask and PPE kits. Nowadays the policymakers have implemented a fine for not wearing mask specially in India. As India is the 3rd largest country which is affected by this virus. Till date there are around 951156 total cases in India and 612814 cases are recovered while 331146 are active and 24915 deaths. This shows this virus is spreading very fast as globally there are 13.4M confirmed cases and 7.45M recoveries and 580K deaths. It shows that virus is really deadly. Now the question here arise is that wearing of mask is healthy. As the official and government are encouraging the use of widespread of facemask in public. Here we will also discuss the mode of transmission.
