ABSTRACT Voting behaviour or electoral behaviour is a fascinating subject that delves into the motives and factors that influence voting patterns. Voting behavior refers to how people decide how to vote. Electoral behaviour denotes citizens' commitment and procrastination toward participation in elections for local, regional and national. Elections establish the composition of the government, the membership of the two Houses of Parliament, the State and Union Territory Legislative. The paper highlights the various qualifications of voters and the advantages of adult franchise. Electoral funding is the funds raised and expended by political parties and candidates during election campaigns.
