Author Name : Shiv Kumar Goel, Anandita Pandit
ABSTRACT Messages exchanged in messaging system between sender and receiver are in natural language format or in unstructured data format. Some messaging systems store the messages even after delivering message to recipient. Some messaging systems delete the messages from server memory after delivering message to the recipient. It entirely depends on architecture of messaging system, how they want to store the data. Day by day, use of technology is increasing. Huge amount of data is accumulated on the server side. To store all the messages, huge amount of space is required. If no of the messages are stored, safety is lost. In today’s world safety is major issue. In this paper, we present, methods or techniques of Text Mining or Text Analysis (Type of Data Analysis) and location tracking which can be used in Messaging System to ensure safety for users. Text mining is used for extracting new and unknown information. Using Text Analysis, emotions or intentions of sender can be analyzed and using Location Tracking, current location of the sender can be fetched and stored in database along with sender ID and receiver ID, for further use, if result of text analysis of message is prone to crime. Location of sender when the message was sent might be useful for investigation.
