Organizational Communication and Risk Management: A New Media, Public Relations Perspective

ABSTRACT This study offers a thorough analysis of social media's changing place in public relations strategies, looking at how it affects organizational communication and crisis management. This paper elucidates major trends, best practices, and future prospects in harnessing social media for effective PR campaigns by combining current literature and empirical investigations. The findings of this review confirmed that the growth of social media has transformed crisis communication landscape because it allows more interactivity. The potential of social media as a crisis resolution tool is indisputable. It also enhances workplace efficiency and productivity by boosting organizational communication.
