ABSTRACT
Cardiovascular Disease is now one of the most serious and life-threatening health problems. The most significant options for reducing CVD's severe consequences on health is early identification. Cardio-Vascular Disease (CVD) is the main causes of mortality worldwide. As a result, the healthcare sector is attempting to collect a vast amount of CVD data that will aid clinicians in detecting and identifying CVD risk factors. The significant growth in the elderly population, as well as the issues of providing health and social care, have been a focal area for business and scholars in recent years. Patients are often unable to seek medical care in emergency because they reside at their homes instead of in hospitals. Cardiovascular illness makes it difficult for clinicians to determine the patient's condition in real time, and it is one of the leading causes of mortality. To solve these issues, a system must be well-designed, implemented, and validated using sufficient foundation knowledge so that patients' information can be detected in real time. The goal of this study is to develop a framework for predicting cardiac disease. Reliability, consistency, and sensitivity are used to evaluate the planned research work's performance.
