Author Name : K Amritha, Appala Prathyusha, Gandamala Swetha, Bairu Samatha, Edigi Akshitha Goud

ABSTRACT: This paper presents the enhancement of power quality in Doubly Fed Induction Generator (DFIG) systems utilizing DFIG systems are widely used in renewable energy applications, particularly in wind power generation. However, they are susceptible to grid disturbances and fluctuations, leading to power quality issues. A flexible and effective solution for mitigating these issues should be provided while employing these machines for power generation. Maintaining the frequency & voltage constant is a necessary condition. Voltage is regulated by regulating the reactive power. This abstract presents the methodology, simulation results, and analysis of employing the power quality techniques in DFIG systems, ultimately enhancing the overall reliability and performance of renewable energy generation & integration with grid
