Author Name : Ms. Neeraj
ABSTRACT This study investigates the disaster management preparedness and capabilities of 100 female National Cadet Corps (NCC) cadets from the 2nd Haryana Girls Battalion in Rohtak. Through primary data collection methods such as surveys, interviews, and observations, the research evaluates the training, knowledge, and experiences of these cadets in responding to diverse disaster scenarios. By focusing specifically on a cohort of 100 female cadets within the NCC, the study provides a detailed examination of their unique contributions and challenges in disaster management contexts. The findings offer valuable insights into enhancing the preparedness and leadership potential of youth cadets, particularly females, in effectively responding to emergencies and crises. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the role of female NCC cadets in disaster management and underscores the importance of youth engagement in building resilient communities
