Representation of Indian Cultural Space in Poetry

ABSTRACT
The Cultural space of India as seen today has not always existed or was not a given entity but emerged as an idea which is being produced and reproduced and is being exhibited in arts and literature time and again. This article aims to explore how the Indian space was conceived, how was it perceived later and and how the lived experience of people here have been exhibited by modern Indian poets in their poetry.
