Security Purpose of Tools used RFID in the University Libraries

ABSTRACT Library security is one of the most difficult tasks that librarians confront. The number of resources and users is growing by the day, which increases the vulnerability to theft and other associated difficulties. In this paper, we will look at several library security tools and strategies. The document describes some of the methods taken by librarians to secure the library, such as anti-theft systems and protection from natural risks for both print and electronic items. Furthermore, the report concludes with recommendations for improved library security. The research emphasized on library security tools, as well as a study of some previous book thieves. Most libraries are under governmental control and must give patrons with access. Private institutes of higher learning often do not prohibit the general public from accessing their library resources.
