From family to an organisation administration has been at the centre place and position thereby proper design, structure, direction and systematic functions could be made .Within this system all organs and elements of the public administration have been functioning correctly and neatly with an interest achieve and attain their future’s targets. Nothing shape ,structure, responsibility and accountability will come at each and every employees hearts unless and otherwise an organisation has well designed and established norms and administrative structure, to operate this system and administration management or administrative system must have relevant and expedient resource and managing people. A systematic and structured administration obviously creates and makes strong responsibility and accountability at the employee’s duty and heart with an interest  to do their work extra in commendable ways and aspects thereby a company or organisation is able to make happy its employees life and career and brings manifold success in its development.

This paper is attempting and focusing on how does a administration resemble and match with democratic country administration with an interest to serve and fulfil the basic needs of the citizens. On other hand this paper discusses deeply whether administration is functioning flexibly according to the needs and directional the democratic administration without any bitter and scornful. Because administration is tend to be suitable and matching with its rulers psychology a constitutional setup without any deviations and variations with an interest to promote administrative spirit and talent. rely all types of administration are varied according to its constitutional philosophers and settings with an interest carry out its rulers assigned duty and job for bring out developments and improvements in both administration and people life. Without role and impact of administration in all political administration nothing growth and development would come and happen in the social, economical and political domain thereby people’s life, animals life and environmental ‘situation would be depleted. So, to guard and protect these things every country and territory having well formulated and designed constitutional and administrative setup, its role in promoting and developing social, economic and political status of the people are known as very best. If a country has had whatever constitutional and political party setup it must have requisite and needy administrative system according to its people’s career, social and economical development.

In this path and ways people and natural system are defending on the help and assistance of the administrative system because which gives and distributes all fundamental and basic needs to its people without any variations and correlations. Regarding to this administrative styles, designs and shapes are evolving day by day uniquely with an aim to repair, redress and solve social and civil issues the people. Administrative system must be on order wise, categories wise and structured according to its constitutional, political party’s structure and social system, unless nothing diagnose and analyses could be done in the social system so all administrative system must be corresponding with concern political party’s system, social and economical system without any bias and partiality. Administration is important one and needful lone in all walk of political and family administration it makes both man and administrators to step out slowly toward executing their task and spend money carefully with an interest to avoid spendthrift.
