Spectrophotometry of Tart Cherry in Distilled Water

ABSTRACT

Spectrophotometer  is simple accurate, selective, sensitive economic method have been used for the estimation of tart cherry shows highest  max at 360mm Bear’s law was found over a concentration range 1-8 g/mL. The results of this spectrophotometry were verified statistically and were found to be satisfactory. Thus proposed Spectrophotometry can be safely and successfully applied for the determination of tart cherry in routine analytical work.

Key words: -Tart cherry, UV – visible spectrophotometer.
