ABSTRACT
The current research protocol describes green route synthesis of AgO and Co doped AgO nanoparticles and were characterized using XRD, SEM and EDX. The synthesized nanoparticles were evaluated for antibacterial activity by agar well diffusion method against E. fecalis. The surface morphology was analyzed by SEM with EDX the result found as aggregated nanoparticles due to low polarity and least zetapotential of 0.1mv. The average size of the CoO doped AgO nanocomposites via XRD calculated using Scherrer equation revealed to be 30.12nm. The DLS studies indicates that the size of nanoparticles lies below 100nm size with positive polarity. The Antibacterial studies showed good inhibition activity against E.fecalis which was compared with standard drug Chloramphenicol.
