ABSTRACT
The three chalcone based materials were designed synthesized and applied towards the opto-electrical applications. The materials were synthesized by Claisen-Schmidt condensation reaction, and characterized using various sophisticated analysis. The prepared materials were subjected to the real time analysis of optical and biological applications. The nonlinear optical property elucidated by the third harmonic generation, the di-electrical property of the materials was studied methodically. The non-linear absorption coefficient (β) and third-order nonlinear refractive index (n2) of the prepared materials were calculated using the Z-scan analysis. The biological application includes as antibacterial investigation and the theoretical molecular docking analysis. The biological solicitations were done by both primary and real time method, the primary results suggest as the lower concentration (10 μg/mL) the efficiency is low and the concentration at 30 μg/mL shows higher efficiency, after that it gets saturated and remains the same value. The real time analysis involves with pig skin with various time and concentrations. The obtained results suggest as the prepared materials are good enough for the multipurpose opto-electrical and biological applications.
