ABSTRACT

Rajayakshma is a tridoshajanya vyadhi due to dominance of Vata and Kapha doshas. It is an important example of Madhayamamargagata Roga. The Lakshana ( signs and symptoms) of Rajayakshma is differs according to different Sampraptis of Dhatu kshaya . Due to its similarity it can be correlated with modern Tuberculosis . Before planning the management it is very important to understand the detail knowledge of Nidanapanchaka and types of Rajayakshma .
