Thermal analysis of room from office Building by using Design Builder

ABSTRACT Humans spend more than 90% of their day engaged in the building environment, where their health and productivity are undeniably linked to thermal comfort. Because of building design complexity and the diversity of user necessities, addressing thermal comfort in buildings remains a challenge. The survey carried out by the World Health Organization (WHO) says that 12.7% of deaths can be reduced by enhancing the indoor atmosphere. The design of the office building is performed as per the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) standards and for the Energy conservation we have designed the office building as per the Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) 2017.Thermal analysis is done by using Design Builder CFD. The Design Builder program is an up-to-date and graphical user interface that has been principally developed to run Energy Plus simulations.
