Triple Darlington BJTs Complementary-Symmetry Configuration in Class-B Push-Pull Amplifiers

ABSTRACT
In this paper we have studied Triple Darlington BJTs Complementary-Symmetry Configuration in Class-B Push-Pull Amplifiers with improved efficiency. The proposed amplifier circuit uses complementary units of Triple Darlington transistors. The variation of efficiency or harmonic distortion as a function of biasing resistances is also observed for amplifier.
