ABSTRACT Cerebral palsy (CP) is a complex neurological disorder characterized by motor impairment, often accompanied by associated disabilities such as cognitive, sensory, and behavioural challenges. This abstract provides an overview of CP, including its etiology, clinical manifestations, diagnostic approaches, management strategies, and treatment. Clinically, CP presents with a diverse range of motor impairments, including spasticity, dyskinesia, ataxia, and mixed forms, each impacting mobility and daily functioning to varying degrees. Additionally, individuals with CP may experience associated conditions such as epilepsy, intellectual disability, sensory impairments, and musculoskeletal deformities, further complicating management. Diagnosis of CP relies on clinical evaluation, neuroimaging studies, and standardized assessment tools to characterize motor function, identify associated disabilities, and guide intervention planning. Management of CP is multidisciplinary and encompasses a continuum of care, including medical interventions, therapy modalities, assistive technologies, and supportive services tailored to the individual's specific impairments and functional goals. Treatment aims to minimize limitations, enhance independence, and improve quality of life across the lifespan
