ABSTRACT This study investigates the complex interplay between social identity and attitudes towards inclusive education among educators, emphasizing how these attitudes influence instructional strategies and classroom practices. Utilizing Social Identity Theory as a theoretical lens, the research explores the diverse beliefs of teachers and how these beliefs manifest in their teaching methods. The study identifies key factors shaping educators' attitudes, including personal experiences, professional training, and socio-cultural contexts. Through qualitative methods, including in-depth interviews and focus groups with educators from diverse backgrounds, the research aims to uncover the dynamics of discriminatory behaviors and the role of social identities in fostering or hindering inclusivity. This study also examines the impact of educators' attitudes on students with disabilities or diverse learning needs, highlighting the importance of empathy and cultural competence in creating inclusive environments. Findings will inform recommendations for comprehensive training programs, policy reforms, and support systems to enhance teachers' ability to create equitable and inclusive educational environments for all students.
