ABSTRACT Most of the powerful drug molecules does not have therapeutic (Consequences) badly water – soluble drugs are constantly confront and present most provocation difficulty in pharmaceutical development. The worst solubility of drug may lead to unacceptable bioavailability and therapeutic efficiency. Most of the powerful drug can be harmful when administered in large quantity. More and more work has been done to improve the water-soluble drug's solubility for pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics. There is a protein - based strategy to inscription poorly water- soluble drugs challenge problem has special attention for natural merits which include versatile interaction between protein & hydrophobic drugs. The protein drug formulations could be formed by covalent conjugation. Less solubility & unsatisfactory dissolution routine frequently compromise oral bioavailability however, poorly water- soluble drugs, when orally shows slow absorption since their bioavailability is greatly depends on dissolution process is GIT. The article established different method to increase dissolution rates.
