ABSTRACT

Women Education refers to every form of education that aims at improving the knowledge and skill of women and girls. Today one of the most important concerns of 21^st century is empowerment of women in society. Women empowerment is dependent on various variables that include geographical location, educational status, and social status. Women can play a very important role in the development in our country. Education is milestone of women empowerment because it enables them to responds of the challenges and changes their life. Educating women brings about self-respect and confidence. The existence of every woman’s right in India will be their education and empowerment.
